- Pull down your screen to refresh the app
- Log out and log back into your account (if you have a paid subscription, please make sure that you are using the correct email address)
- Uninstall and reinstall your Soulvana app
- Reboot your device
If you have an existing subscription and see the offer to sign up for a free trial or premium subscription, please try closing the offer first and accessing your immersions as usual.
